What is our strategy?
Our trainers seek to learn your schedule and goals in order to take your free time and turn it into effective workouts. Gone are the Schwartzenegger days of three hours at the gym to get buff- we're talking as little as 30-45 minutes. Our trainers use the latest techniques to burn fat, increase muscle, and up your aerobic abilities - all in a healthy and timely way.
Before Fit Life 2 You I had no idea what I was doing. I was spending 2 and 3 hours in the gym or running with only limited success and my performance at work was slacking because I couldnt spend the time I needed to. Fit Life 2 You's trainers met me at my office and had me crushing 45-50 minute routines that were creative, and utilized tools they provided. I have lost 12 pounds but more importantly I have energy and stamina I havent had since college - all while giving me back hours a week.
